When accessing the Palo Alto Networks Customer Support Portal using Internet Explorer 10 or 11, the site does not load completely.
Resolution
If using Internet Explorer 10 and encounter problems accessing the Support Portal, enabling JavaScript may solve the problem.
To enable JavaScript:
From the IE10 browser go to Internet Options > Security > Custom Level > Settings> Scripting.
Enable Active Scripting.
If using Internet Explorer 11 and encountering problems, add the Palo Alto Networks Customer Support Portal website link to the Compatibility settings.
From the IE11 browser, go to Tools Menu Bar > Compatibility View Settings.
Add the Palo Alto Networks Customer Support Portal website link and save. See the following image for an example:
