How to Submit a Miscategorized URL in BrightCloud

Overview

This document describes how to submit a change request for a mis-categorized BrightCloud URL

Steps

For BrightCloud URL

Follow these steps:

1. Go to Monitor >  Logs > URL Filtering.
2. Click on the magnifying glass icon to show the category log details.
3. Click on Request Categorization Change.
   

Or use following URL to directly access web page.

URL Categorization Change Request | Webroot BrightCloud

1. On the BrightCloud URL Categorization Change Request site, fill in the requested information for the URL category change.
   
2. Enter your email address and submit the category change request. BrightCloud will send an e-mail confirming the submission.
