Resolution

Issue

Emails are not being sent from the email server for notifications (inside Monitor > PDF Reports > Email Scheduler).

 

Cause

If the same email address is defined in the 'Override Email Addresses' list, this will prevent emails being sent to the defined email profile. 

 

Resolution

Enter an optional email address to use instead of the recipient specified in the email profile.
