How to Manually Upload License Keys

Symptom
When you want to manually download the license from the Customer Support Portal and install the license keys in the Firewall or Panorama
Environment
- All Firewall models
- All Panorama models
Resolution
Steps
- Log into the Customer Support Portal (https://support.paloaltonetworks.com).
- Verify the Current Account is the account that owns the asset.
- If not, click the Account Selector box and select the correct account.
- Click Products then click on Assets.
a. Search for the serial number and extend the license information under Licenses & Subscriptions
b. You will see a blue down arrow beside each license. Click on the download icon and it will download the license keys to your computer
4. Log into the WebUI of the Palo Alto Networks device, and select Device > Licenses > Manually upload license key
5. Browse to the file and click OK.
