Downloading GlobalProtect Client Fails with Error: Could not find file""

User can login to GlobalProtect Portal normally. However, clicking a link to download the GlobalProtect client fails with the following error: "Could not find file".
The error occurs because there is no activated GlobalProtect client on the Palo Alto Networks firewall. Once a GlobalProtect client is activated (at Device > GlobalProtect Client), users will be able to download the client.
