Symptoms

Commit error: management is missing 'storage-partition' after upgrading

Issue

Running the command show deviceconfig setting management shows that the storage information node is missing

# show deviceconfig setting management

management;

Resolution

The problem can be corrected by creating the expected node with the following command:

# set deviceconfig setting management storage-partition internal

Verify that the node was created with the following command:

# show deviceconfig setting management

management {

  storage-partition {

  internal;

  }

}

Once the once the edit has been verified, the local commit should be successful.

     # commit
