The Palo Alto Networks firewall forwards messages regardless of the configured DHCP option. Therefore, any DHCP option is supported as long as the message type is supported.
Supported message types are listed below:
DISCOVER
REQUEST
DECLINE
RELEASE
INFORM
NAK
ACK
OFFER
Messages without the DHCP message type option are assumed to be sent by a BOOTP client and are dropped by design.
