Issue

When Panorama or M-100 is configured to "scheduled config export" on FTP, sometimes it throws an error with "code 9" in system logs as shown below:

Resolution

The "error code 9" in FTP means the server denied login. Make sure the password entered in scheduled-config-export is correct, and the path specified has permissions to overwrite.
