HA Metrics for a Non-Functional Loop Protection

High Availability metrics for non-functional loop protection:

• Non-functional loop hold: 15 minutes
  • If the device does not go non-functional again during the non-functional loop hold time, the non-functional loop count goes back to 0.
• Non-functional loop count: 3
  • This value is incremented every time the device goes non-functional; when the max is exceeded the device goes into suspended mode.
