Resolution


Issue

Whichever HA node is not active goes into non-functional state and BGP peering from the router to the PAN device only works on FW2.

Resolution

State Synchronization must be enabled on both nodes or on neither node. Otherwise, the passive node will always show up as "non-functional" and the HA will not failover properly.
