This discussion was not answered until recently, which is why I thought it would be a good discussion to focus on this week.
The question aks if it's possible to get the version of the User-ID agent without being on the Windows server to find out the version. This can be extremely helpful if you have multiple User-ID agents, and need the ability to quickly determine the versions in use, in case you might need to upgrade.
Please see the CLI commands on the firewall or Panorama to determine the User-ID agent:
> show user user-id-agent config name agent_name
OS: Microsoft Standard Edition (build 9200), 64-bit Product Version: 7.0.4-5 Protocol Version: 5
Thanks for reading, I hope this helps!
