Resolution


  • Version of GlobalProtect Client version on Mac (GlobalProtect icon > About)

  • Version MacOS X (Apple icon > About this mac)

 

  • Set Debug 

GlobalProtect icon > Show Pannel

Click on "Troubelshooting" tab. Set both "Client" and "Server" level to "Debug". Click Apply.

  • Follow TAC support engineer instruction to reproduce the issue, for example try to reconnect to GlobalProtect Gateway. Note the local date/time which you do the test.

 

  • Collect log

Pop-up will be shown once the tech support log file has completed genereated. Generally I will located at /Users/<username>/ folder. File name is Collect.tgz. Click OK to dismiss to pop-up.

  • Send Collect.tgz file to support.
