Set Debug
GlobalProtect icon > Show Pannel
Click on "Troubelshooting" tab. Set both "Client" and "Server" level to "Debug". Click Apply.
Follow TAC support engineer instruction to reproduce the issue, for example try to reconnect to GlobalProtect Gateway. Note the local date/time which you do the test.
Collect log
GlobalProtect icon > Collect Logs
Pop-up will be shown once the tech support log file has completed genereated. Generally I will located at /Users/<username>/ folder. File name is Collect.tgz. Click OK to dismiss to pop-up.
