GlobalProtect Client version on MacOS device (GlobalProtect icon > About)
Set GlobalProtect Debug level logs:
GlobalProtect icon > Show Pannel
Click on "Troubleshooting" tab. Set both "Client" and "Server" level to "Debug". Click Apply.
Follow TAC Engineer instructions to reproduce the issue. Note the local date/time you perform the test.
Collect GlobalProtect logs:
GlobalProtect icon > Collect Logs
A pop-up will appear once the tech support log file is complete. It is usually located in the /Users/<username>/ folder and the file name is Collect.tgz. Click OK to close to pop-up.
