Custom Response Pages are Not Working and Default Page is Served

After importing a custom response page successfully on the Palo Alto Networks firewall, the end user is served a default response page instead of the custom page.

The issue may be due to importing the response page in a non-HTML format (such as .txt format). In this case, the import will be successful, but the Palo Alto Networks firewall will not serve the custom page.

Ensure that the custom page is in HTML format before importing it into the Palo Alto Networks firewall. You can test it on your local web browser before uploading it.
