Objective
A user on an account can search for Support Cases in the Customer Support Portal (CSP).
Environment
- Customer Support Portal (CSP)
Procedure
- To search for an existing case, first log in to the CSP here: https://support.paloaltonetworks.com
- In the left hand navigation, click on the arrow on Support.
- A new window is opened with the list of Cases.
