Objective


A user on an account can search for Support Cases in the Customer Support Portal (CSP).



Environment


  • Customer Support Portal (CSP)


Procedure


  1. To search for an existing case, first log in to the CSP here: https://support.paloaltonetworks.com
  2. In the left hand navigation, click on Support Cases
  3. On this page, there is a Search Cases field, enter the Case Number and click Go!
