How to Search for a Support Case in the Customer Support Portal (CSP)

Objective
A user on an account can search for Support Cases in the Customer Support Portal (CSP).
Environment
- Customer Support Portal (CSP)
Procedure
- To search for an existing case, first log in to the CSP here: https://support.paloaltonetworks.com
- In the left hand navigation, click on Support Cases
- On this page, there is a Search Cases field, enter the Case Number and click Go!
