In order to transfer Prisma Cloud Access licenses from an eval Panorama serial number to a production Panorama serial number, please follow the following steps.
First, log into the Customer Support Portal (https://support.paloaltonetworks.com) and search for the eval serial number under Assets > Devices.
Click the pencil icon in the Action column to open the Device Licenses window.
Under Transfer Licenses, select the Transfer Cloud License option.
Select as appropriate the registered production Panorama serial number from the drop down menu.
Click Agree and Submit.
The Prisma Cloud Access licenses from the eval Panorama will now display on the production Panorama.
NOTE:
If the Panorma serial number already has cloud services associated with it, you will not be able to associate additional licensing to it and the following error will be displayed.
