Objective
A user on an account can search for an Asset by the Serial Number in the Customer Support Portal (CSP).
Environment
- Customer Support Portal (CSP)
Procedure
For Customers
- To search for an existing case, first log in to the CSP here: https://support.paloaltonetworks.com
- In the left hand navigation, click on Assets, then Search Current Account
- On this page, there is a search field, enter the Serial Number and click Search
For Partners
- To search for an existing case, first log in to the CSP here: https://support.paloaltonetworks.com
- In the left hand navigation, click on Assets, then Search Multiple Accounts
- On this page, there is a search field, enter the Serial Number and click Search
