Objective


A user on an account can search for an Asset by the Serial Number in the Customer Support Portal (CSP).



Environment


  • Customer Support Portal (CSP)


Procedure


For Customers

  1. To search for an existing case, first log in to the CSP here: https://support.paloaltonetworks.com
  2. In the left hand navigation, click on Assets, then Search Current Account
  3. On this page, there is a search field, enter the Serial Number and click Search

For Partners

  1. To search for an existing case, first log in to the CSP here: https://support.paloaltonetworks.com
  2. In the left hand navigation, click on Assets, then Search Multiple Accounts
  3. On this page, there is a search field, enter the Serial Number and click Search
