Symptom
A Wildfire User role provides access to the Wildfire Portal without access to the associated Support Portal account. A user with this role will not have visibility to Wildfire data of other users.

Environment


Resolution
To create a WildFire user for an account, you must be an account member.
  1. Inside of the Customer Support Portal, please verify the Current Account first, and use the drop down if the wrong account is shown.

  2. On the left select Members > WildFire Users.

  3. In the Manage WildFire Users window, click on the Add WildFire User button.

  4. Enter the user's email address. Click the Submit button to save.

  5. In the WildFire User window, select the WildFire devices and enter the user's contact details.
    Note: A CSP user account is not required to create a WildFire user.

  6. Click the Submit button.
     

The newly created user will now have access to the WildFire portal and will be able to use the WildFire API.
