Can Local User/Group Database be Used in Security Policies?

Resolution
Yes, local user/group database can be used in a security policy but they must be typed in manually in the security policy.
Local user/group in policies is useful in situations when they are use to authenticate SSL VPN/ Captive Portal users which create the necessary user to IP mapping.
