Objective


To view Incoming log rate on Panorama device using CLI command.

Environment


  • Panorama configured as Log Collector
  • Managed Firewalls sending logs to collector
  • Supported PAN-OS


Procedure


  1. On Panorama, Use the CLI command ">debug log-collector log-collection-stats show incoming-logs" 
  2. The panorama must be configured as log collector. The command is not applicable when Panorama is configured in management-only mode.
  3. The command will display the  incoming logs from the managed firewalls
Example:
> debug log-collector log-collection-stats show incoming-logs

Incoming log rate = 209.69
