No Zones Listed for Interface Configuration

Issue

Under Network > Interfaces, select Interface and go to Config > Security Zone. As shown in the example below, zones are not listed for interface configuration:

Cause

When configuring an interface for any zone it should match the Interface Type. If there are no pre-configured zones, then manually configure the zones to match the interface types.

Resolution

Configure new or modify the existing zones to match the interface type.  This is applicable only for TAP / V-wire / Layer3 / Layer2 as HA does not require any zone configuration.

To configure or modify the new zone:

1. Go to Network > Interfaces, select Interface and go to Config > Security Zone.
2. Click on zone to configure new zone or click on the zone in which to modify the existing zone:
   
    
3. After committing the changes, see the configured zones under interface configuration page.
