Symptom


The article provides the total number of custom URL categories supported on the Firewall.

Environment


  • Palo Alto Hardware Firewalls.
  • PAN-OS 9.1 and above.
  • Custom URL Categories.

Resolution


  1. The Maximum limit of Custom URL Categories supported per VSYS is 500.
  2. The Maximum limit of Custom URL Categories supported per Firewall (multi-vsys) is 2849.
  3. The limit is the same across all PAN-OS versions.
