Objective


Procedure for customer requesting to change the Address in Support portal.
 


Procedure


  1. Login to Support Portal that will allow you to change the devices storage location.
  2. Under Products > Assets click the "Edit Asset' button under the action tab
  1. That will pull up the device information where you can update the address.


Additional Information


To change RMA addresses for 4-hour support please open an Admin case and the CSR team can assist.
