Objective
Procedure for customer requesting to change the Address in Support portal.
Procedure
- Login to Support Portal that will allow you to change the devices storage location.
- Under Products > Assets click the "Edit Asset' button under the action tab
- That will pull up the device information where you can update the address.
Additional Information
To change RMA addresses for 4-hour support please open an Admin case and the CSR team can assist.
