How do I remove my email from Palo Alto Networks marketing emails or subscriptions?

Objective
Remove User from Marketing Email, Distribution Lists Or Subscriptions.
Environment
- Customer Service Portal (CSP)
- https://www.paloaltonetworks.com/
Procedure
1) Go to https://www.paloaltonetworks.com/
2) Scroll down to the bottom of the webpage and click Manage Email Preferences.
3) Under Unsubscribe, enter your email address. Selecting the Reason for unsubscribing is optional. Click Unsubscribe.
4) Success notification upon completion.
If you keep getting emails after submitting your request to "unsubscribe me from everything", please open an Admin type support case with us so we can assist you further.
