Symptom

在配置新隧道时尝试使用新 IKE 加密时提交失败 VPN
错误消息要求在 IKE VPN-2 配置新的 VPN-1 隧道配置时使用加密

Environment

VPN带带被动模式的网关的IPSec
对等配置为动态 IP

Resolution

IKE当 IP 远程 IP 类型被配置为"动态"时，配置在同一界面或本地地址上的所有网关必须使用相同的加密配置文件。
这是根据设计。
