Unable to view Prisma access GlobalProtect_Portal and GlobalProtect_Gateway configuration under Mobile_User_Template

Symptom


  • Prisma Access configurations such as GlobalProtect_Portal and GlobalProtect_Gateway_External that are generated automatically as part of Mobile User Onboarding are missing under GUI: Network > GlobalProtect > Portals for Mobile_User_Template.
  • These configurations are present under Mobile_User_Template_Stack

Prisma Access(Panorama Managed)

Cause


The behavior is seen if Multi VSYS Mode is disabled under Network/Device Tabs, see below:

Resolution


To resolve the issue, enable Multi VSYS checkbox and the missing configuration items can be seen under Mobile_User_Template.
