Error during Panorama upgrade "Error: Plugin vmware_nsx-1.0.0-135 is not compatible to the new software version."

• Panorama on PAN-OS 8.0.x and trying to upgrade to 8.1.13
• Downloaded 8.1.0 base image as well as 8.1.13
• Clicked Install on 8.1.13 and got the error below

Failed to install 8.1.13 with the following errors.
SW version is 8.1.13
Error: Plugin vmware_nsx-1.0.0-135 is not compatible to the new software version. Please upgrade the plugin to 2.0.1 before Software Upgrade.

• Panorama VM on PAN-OS 8.0
• Upgrading to PAN-OS 8.1

1. Download the updated VMware NSX Plugin from https://support.paloaltonetworks.com/
2. On the left, select Updates> Software Updates
3. Click the drop-down and select: "Panorama Integration Plug In"
4. Find "Panorama-Plugin-for-VMware-NSX-2.0.1..." or higher and click the Download button

5. Upload to Panorama by going to Panorama>Plugins
6. Click Upload at the bottom of the page
7. Browse to the folder where you downloaded the plugin and select it
8. Click OK
9. Find it in the Panorama> Plugins section
10. Click Install
11. Once it's complete you will see a popup indicating it was successful.
12. You can now proceed to install PAN-OS 8.1
