Logs are not seen in the Unified Log view.

Symptom
- When using GUI: Monitor > Logs > Unified on either Panorama or Firewall, none of the logs are displayed.
- The logs are present in the respective areas such as traffic or threat, they just are not seen in the unified logs.
- Unified Log display of Panorama is shown below.
Environment
- PAN-OS 9.0.7.
- Any Palo Alto Firewall.
- Any Panorama.
Resolution
Clear preferences from debug console using the steps below
- Login to a separate tab and use https://<ip of the Panorama or Firewall>/debug)
- Click "Clear Preference" and wait for it to be completed
- Login to the Firewall WebUI page again, and the unified Logs are now seen.
Additional Information
The issue was seen in Palo Alto PA-3220 Firewall, but applicable to other Firewalls as well.
